El Umbudo is a cozy little anchorage on the northwest end of Isla Partida. However the bay is open to weather from the north and west and may be rolly in a northerly swell. It is not recommended in a westerly buster.

Anchorage
The inlet is narrow and deep at the entrance, shallowing rapidly towards the head. Anchorage can be taken in 4.5m on a sandy bottom with good holding.
