Port Koube on the eastern side of Ile Ouen. Our cruising guide said it was good in all wind conditions. We anchored at the far end of the bay overnight but the winds were gusting down the channel and we discovered in the morning that the anchor had dragged quite along way. There was a sheltered spot right in the corner of the bay where a catamaran was already anchored so we squeezed in next to it. It was definitely a lot more sheltered but the white water from the winds gusting down the channel was only a few metres away so we crossed it of our list of all weather anchorages.
